Housing First
Housing First is harm reduction housing for the homeless and is based on the belief that in order to address the symptoms and challenges homeless persons face, you must first provide housing. This Housing First project is a 5-story, 56-unit building that includes spaces for case worker and nurses as well as a small shelter on the ground floor.
